The BSTREAT® series security filter cartridges are manufactured from sanitary-grade polypropylene using ultra-fine polypropylene fibers through hot-melt welding. The production process involves heating, melting, and spinning fibers under controlled conditions, followed by drawing to form deep filtration cartridges with graded pore sizes. The fibers spontaneously adhere in random spatial configurations, creating a three-dimensional micro-porous structure that integrates surface filtration, deep filtration, and coarse filtration layers. The cartridge features a unique design with progressively tighter fibers inside and coarser outer fibers, enabling layered filtration. Manufactured in a single production cycle, these cartridges are suitable for reverse osmosis security filters and drinking water purification systems.
