BSSTREAT*NLSZ5200

Product Description
BSSTREAT*NLSZ5200 internal cold water resin is suitable for ion exchange treatment of cold water/constant cold water in generators. It is used in equipment with micro-alkalization devices to ensure that the ions, conductivity, PH and copper ions in the water are within the safe operating range.
Product performance
• It can effectively remove impurities such as hardness, rust and sediment from water, prevent scale and corrosion, and maintain the normal operation of the cooling water system.
• It can purify the water quality in the cooling water system, prevent scale and corrosion, and protect the equipment from damage.
• It can enhance cooling efficiency, reduce energy consumption, extend equipment lifespan and lower maintenance costs.
Main uses
BSSTREAT*NLSZ5200 is a resin used for water treatment, mainly for water treatment in internal circulation cooling water systems.
Instructions for Use
When the chilled water system is operating normally, demineralized water should be used to replenish or replace the water in the system. It is strictly prohibited to use condensate water as the replenishment or replacement water. When in operation or shutdown, ensure that the exchanger is in a full water state. It is strictly forbidden to operate the drain valve to prevent the resin from being empty and bubbles from forming in the resin. When starting the cooling water system, put the ion exchanger into operation in accordance with the commissioning steps.
To prevent thermal decomposition of the resin, the inlet water temperature of the slightly alkaline exchanger should be controlled below 55℃. Otherwise, the exchanger should be taken out of operation. When the water temperature exceeds the limit or there is an abnormality in the chilled water system, the inlet valve and outlet valve of the ion exchanger should be closed, and the exchanger should be taken out of operation. When performing water replenishment or replacement operations in the chilled water system, the replenishment or replacement should be carried out through the bypass valve of the ion exchanger.
Due to the relatively pure water quality of the chilled water system, external factors can easily affect the accuracy of conductivity and pH measurement. The water quality measurement of the chilled water should be based on the online instrument measurement after calibration.
When the system is operating normally, the sample water valve that leads the chilled water to the steam-water sampling rack is closed. To achieve the goal of zero drainage. During operation, it is essential to ensure that the pressure of the chilled water in the cooler is higher than that of the cooling water to prevent the cooling water from seeping into the chilled water. When cooling water seeps into the chilled water, the ion exchanger should be taken out of operation and the water in the system should be replaced. During the operation of the constant cold water, avoid frequent water changes. When the system conductivity is ≤1.50us/cm, there is no need to change the water. To avoid causing fluctuations in the system water.
