BSSTREAT* Pressurized Ultrafiltratio

Module EP1500S

SOAP BSSTREAT external pressure ultrafiltration membranes are designed for the production of high-grade industrial water and high-standard drinking water. They feature a high water production rate and hollow fiber membrane columns, capable of removing turbidity, bacteria, microorganisms, and metal ions such as iron and manganese from underground or surface water.

Product features

The membrane filament has excellent chemical stability and can withstand high-concentration oxidizing agents. The wet film-making process is adopted, and the pore size distribution of the membrane filaments is uniform. It has a high filtration accuracy and can remove suspended solids, bacteria and viruses. Optimize fluid distribution to reduce head loss within components; External pressure water inlet, high operating flux, small floor space; Standardization/modularization/time and labor-saving; Uniform water distribution can slow down membrane fouling in the system and extend the cleaning cycle. Low breakage rate, with the breakage rate within the warranty period being less than 0.25%.

Product parameters

SOAP BSSTREAT external pressure ultrafiltration membranes are designed to enhance the performance and lifespan of RO membranes, and can also be used to treat various influent and wastewater, reclaimed water, seawater desalination, boiler feed water, and industrial wastewater

Operation process

Storage and handling

Before the ultrafiltration membrane is sealed, opened and installed, the module can be stored in the original factory packaging for up to one year. The storage of the ultrafiltration membrane must be kept between 5°C and 35°C (41°F and 95°F), and the membrane module should not be exposed to direct sunlight (ultraviolet rays).

Safety precautions

Relevant operations should be carried out in accordance with the material safety data sheet of this product information.
